My son attended the Pre-K program at Great Beginnings of Dacula this year and we are very satisfied with our experience. The facility is clean and well organized, everyone is very friendly and kind. Mrs. Patience from Pre-K 5 is a wonderful teacher. My son loves her and can’t wait to go to school and tell her all about his time off school. Although he had some challenging behaviors, Mrs. Patience was discussing every issue with me, the moment it arose so we can work on it together. I can see also a great academic progress. I highly recommend Great Beginnings of Dacula and Mrs. Patience.

We have had a great experience through the years at GB. From infant, to toddler, to Pre-K. Overall, we have been blessed with great teachers along the way. The staff upfront have also been very helpful, when needed.

I really Love the environment the teacher the principal the staff. I feel very calm that my daughter is in very good hands. Everyone is so nice and I love how they treat my daughter. I will recomend this place to everyone and so so bless to find this place.

Our school was founded to be more than a place that provides care during the day. We wanted to create a community where families feel welcomed, supported, and connected. A place where your child can build confidence, discover new interests, form lasting friendships, and develop a strong foundation for future success. From the very beginning, our focus has been on creating meaningful experiences that nurture the whole child academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
What truly defines Great Beginnings is the relationships we build. We believe learning starts with connection. Early Childhood Leadership & Staff
At Great Beginnings of Dacula, our teaching team participates in annual state-required professional development through ProSolutions and ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI), as well as maintains CPR, First Aid, and fire safety certifications. Staff members hold a wide range of credentials, including Child Development Associate (CDA) and Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) certifications, Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees, and teaching certifications. Throughout the year, our educators also participate in professional development days that strengthen teaching practices and support high-quality early childhood education.

Alexa Martinez has been part of the Great Beginnings family for three years and brings more than 12 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She began her career as an infant educator and developed a passion for helping young learners build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
